A telephonic appearance is an appearance in court by telephone. There must be prior approval to use this method of appearing in court.

Why would you request a Telephonic Appearance?

The reason you would request a telephonic appearance is if you could not appear in person on your set court date and time. To appear by telephone a notice of appearance is required to be filed with the court to notify them of your intent.

It will be your responsibility to make sure you provide a valid phone number and are available at the day and time of the hearing on the phone number you provided to the court.
