Attorney Mann is aggressive and will vigorously defend you. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Mann was an attorney at one of the most prominent law firms in the U.S. and a former Judicial Law Clerk - viewed as the highest honor a law graduate can achieve, a Judge selected Mr. Mann who assisted in Chambers and worked with hundreds of court cases. Mr. Mann’s representation is built on the highest education: Master's Degree, Juris Doctorate, Former Ph.D. Candidate with a B.A. in Communication Studies, where he studied argumentation, logic, and rhetorical theory. Mr. Mann earned the Ask-A-Lawyer Community Commitment Award for Pro Bono Service in 2009. He also excelled in law school: Mr. Mann graduated from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007 where he excelled: 1st Place Co-Winner: 2005 Clark County Bar Client Counseling Competition; 3rd Place Co-Winner: 2006 ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition; CALI Award: Contract Theory; Society of Advocates Member/Competitor: 2006–2007; Student Bar Association Vice President (eve.): 2005-2006; Family Law Community Service: Spring 2005; and law student extern at Family Court. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Mann, was a successful business consultant and founder of a regional consulting firm. After his undergraduate degree, he started at a national CPA firm as a staff consultant. He later joined a large national CPA firm; eventually managing the Las Vegas consulting department and representing the firm nationally. He then founded an award-winning consulting firm. Mr. Mann has personally designed and implemented over 100 business management systems for some of the most prominent businesses in Southern Nevada in industries as diverse as transportation, gaming, sales, and services. His firm was the largest value added reseller of Microsoft Business Software in Nevada for 5 years in a row. Mr. Mann learned from studying the nuances of these businesses that results are only achieved when the business is focused on client service and when the business makes their services affordable. Mr. Mann likes to teach others about developing client relationships while increasing core business productivity. He has taught business college classes in Las Vegas and spoken, via invitation, on entrepreneurship at a university in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Julie Matousek is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute from the School of Criminal Justice, where she earned Valedictorian. While at ITT she was a member of the National Technical Honor Society. Julie strives to work directly with clients to meet their specific needs.

Erin Pistoresi

Case Manager

Erin Pistoresi is a Case Manager at Mann Law Firm. Her duties include managing all aspects of a client's case including, tracking tasks, scheduling due dates, communicating with clients, addressing their needs, attending hearings as part of the support team, and making sure they understand the process they are going through. Erin has over 12 years of management experience and has been responsible for the high achievement not only of herself but of others. She is an excellent communicator and clients remark that she is accessible and a good listener.
